Fantastic service is good for both of us.  We want you to have a great experience and we have a vested interest in your coming back.  We simply cannot sell you a product and forget about you.

Our commitment to our clients is simple:

As a Learn2Bank.net customer, you should expect nothing less than the best possible service every time you deal with us.

We will do everything we can to make your version of Learn2Bank.net your own.  Our goal is to make the best banking instructional software possible for your institution.  When you speak with other institutions, we want you to say our product is excellent and our service is even better.

We invite your suggestions and will do our very best to implement changes to suit your needs.  We may not, at least in the short term, be able to write new modules for the bank but we will make super human efforts to accomodate you.

Our aim is to build a long-term relationship with you. We see your suggestions not as problems but as opportunities to make Learn2Bank.net better for everyone.

Setup

Once you subscribe to Learn2Bank.net, it will take 24 - 48 hours for us to set up your bank.  You choose a name for your bank and we send you a url: www.yourbankname.com.  We will register and configure your domain name provided that the name you choose has not already been taken.  If it is already registered, we will send some suggestions or you can check for an unregistered name at any of the domain registration sites (we check at www.godaddy.com ) and let us know. 

If the name selection process takes you some time, no worries, you will be able to access your bank before the url registration is complete.

Part of the setup process is customizing the bank - colors, logos, acronym, etc.  We will send you a list of what we need.  Any further customization, we can discuss once the bank is up and running.

Training

Learn2Bank.net is intuitive. Most things are straight forward.  We set up your bank to meet your needs.  You can do any tweaking using the Administration Panel.  We can use the Live Chat System inside the software to help you over any hurdles.

We can visit your institution and provide a traing day if required.
